Grit + Grace Day 2019

THANK YOU

Thank you for making the time in your busy schedule to get a little more grace in your life by attending Grit + Grace Day, held on Friday, March 22, 2019.

This movement is so important to me because I know firsthand the damage we can do to our relationships, our careers, and our bodies when we fail to practice self-care, self-compassion, and self-love.

You’ve taken a big first step to achieving your ambitions by being good to yourself — mind, body, and spirit — and by empowering yourself with the professional and personal development resources provided at Grit + Grace Day. But don’t let the inspiration of the day fade! One of the trickiest things to do is to stick to our best-laid plans. Trust the path you’ve put yourself on and take the next steps on your graceful journey by visiting my online coaching site, g2coach.com.

Again, thank you so much for participating in Grit + Grace Day and joining this movement.

Gracefully yours,

Cheryle

Meet the Event Founder

Cheryle Jackson

CEO and Founder of Grit+Grace, The Movement

Cheryle Robinson Jackson’s career has been marked by many firsts, spanning international business, civil rights, politics, government, not-for-profit, and the media. Jackson is CEO and Founder of Grit+Grace, The Movement, a women’s empowerment, coaching and media company she founded in 2018. Until 2019, she served as a senior aviation executive at AAR, and a rare woman of color in this position, Cheryle is a real go-getter. Prior to joining AAR, she ran for President Barack Obama’s vacant U.S. Senate seat in 2010 after serving as the first female president and CEO of the Chicago Urban League.

In her intimate TEDx Talk “Grit and Grace,” Cheryle validates the career trajectories of go-getters like herself but also implores women to self-advocate and practice grace, love in action toward self, as a sustainable model of success. The overwhelming response led Cheryle to consider ways to serve women on a broader scale. Hence, Grit + Grace Day and CheryleJackson.com were born. Cheryle wants to provide accessible and affordable coaching to all women ready to live out their best lives.

Those in need of financial assistance to attend Grit + Grace Day can apply  for one of a limited number of scholarships.
